be subject to substantial discrimination in your home country
be proposed for this visa by a person or organisation in Australia.

Protection Visa (subclass 866)

To be eligible for this visa, you must;
have arrived in Australia legally
be a refugee or engage Australia’s complementary protection criteria
meet identity requirements
not be barred from lodging a permanent protection visa application
not have previously held a Temporary Protection visa (subclass 785); Temporary Safe Haven visa (subclass 449); Temporary (Humanitarian Concern) visa (subclass 786), or Safe Haven Enterprise visa (subclass 790)

Refugee Category Visas (subclass 200, 201, 203 and 204)

face persecution in your home country.

Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (subclass 790)
