Skills in Demand (SUBCLASS 482)
This temporary visa lets an employer sponsor a suitably skilled worker to fill a position they can’t find a suitably skilled Australian to fill.
To be eligible for this visa, you must;

be nominated for an occupation in the Core Skills Occupation list.

be nominated by an approved sponsor.

have at least one year of relevant work experience in your nominated occupation or a related field.

have a positive skills assessment. (if required for your occupation)

work with your sponsor or their associated business.

Receive a salary that meets both the market rate and the Core Skills Income Threshold (CSIT).
To be eligible for this visa, you must;

be nominated for an occupation in an ANZSCO listed in major groups 1,2,3,4,5, or 6.

be nominated by an approved sponsor

have at least one year of relevant work experience in your nominated occupation or a related field

have a positive skills assessment (if required for your occupation)

work with your sponsor or their associated business
Labour Agreement Stream
To be eligible for this visa, you must;

be nominated to work under labour agreement stream.

Have at least 12 months of relevant full-time work experience (or the equivalent in part-time or casual work) within the past 5 years, unless the agreement says otherwise.

have a positive skills assessment (if required for your occupation)

work with your sponsor.
